Sprigg Davis is a writer, director and co-founder of sketch comedy group "Divine Comedy." Born Randall Sprigg Davis on August 12, 1972, Sprigg is the sixth of seven children born to Dix and Lynn Davis of Escondido, California. Sprigg attended San Pasqual High School and went on to study creative writing at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. While at BYU, Sprigg and friend Greg Peterson formed "Divine Comedy" a sketch comedy group that performed for crowds of up to 10,000 people. The comedy group persists to this day, routinely selling out shows at its native BYU campus. In 2005 Sprigg teamed up with fellow "Divine Comedy" alum Mike Rasmussen to create a values oriented children's cartoon entitled "Junior's Giants." In 2006 a sequel to the successful cartoon followed. A third installment of the cartoon is in the works with new production partner Bridgestone Multimedia Group. Sprigg is deep in development of his first novel with the working title of "Enoch Fled." == References ==
